Terms & Conditions

	Please read carefully the terms and conditions of our agreement policy for your access to Roomview Online System. Following that please fill in and send the application form with your Company's identification details. Your application will be activated and you will be informed on its acceptance by our company, by providing you with the equivalent username and password for your access to the system.
Agreement	The collaboration agreement is concluded between the company trading as ‘FORTHCRS S.Α.’ whose registered offices are located in P. Faliro, 34 Amfitheas Avenue, hereinafter referred to as FORTHCRS, and the company whose trade name and other details are cited in detail in the registration form hereinafter referred to as ‘COLLABORATOR’. FORTHCRS is a software company and implements activities in the wider field of software and tourism related services’ provision. By means of this agreement, FORTHCRS provides the ‘COLLABORATOR’ with a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable user license of ‘ROOMVIEW™’ software pertaining to the reservation/ booking of rooms and/or additional related services and issuance of vouchers for hotels and lodgings in general. RESERVATION/ BOOKING PROCEDURE The COLLABORATOR resells rooms to hotels via ‘ROOMVIEW™’ system. The reservations depend on the availability at the time of demand. In the event when the hotel proceeds in ‘overbooking’, FORTHCRS reserves the right to replace the confirmed bookings at a hotel of a similar or upper class. The hotels displayed in the system have been classified per category and price according to their own statement. Any relevant information may change without prior warning. FORTHCRS ought to distribute in whole and without any changes all information provided by hotels but is not liable for incorrect information that may come from hotels. Any extension of the customer’s stay should be notified to FORTHCRS at least one day prior to his/her departure and depends on the lodging’s availability. All prices are expressed in EURO or the local currency. FINANCIAL TERMS For the bookings made by the COLLABORATOR, FORTHCRS will issue the corresponding invoices to the COLLABORATOR. In case the COLLABORATOR has a credit limit, invoices will be issued on credit and must be paid in whole within 30 days from their issuance date. For a COLLABORATOR to have a credit limit, he should have deposited to FORTHCRS a letter of guarantee issued by an acknowledged bank or an open date bank cheque. If the voucher’s value is higher than the credit limit set by the COLLABORATOR or the COLLABORATOR does not have a credit limit, then in order for the voucher to be issued, the COLLABORATOR must deposit the voucher’s amount to FORTHCRS’ bank account or make an electronic transfer of the amount. Alternatively, the COLLABORATOR may use a credit card to pay the voucher. If there is delay in payment under the foregoing terms, FORTHCRS has the right to interrupt the COLLABORATOR’s access to the system. If the reservation/ booking is cancelled due to non-payment under the aforementioned terms, FORTHCRS has the right to charge cancellation fees in line with its cancellation policy and/or the policy of its suppliers and/or hotels. CANCELLATION POLICY The cancellation policy of each hotel/ lodging is displayed in its corresponding information page in the system. The COLLABORATOR is informed on the hotel’s cancellation policy via the application. The cancellation policy applies following the voucher’s issuance. Please inform your customers relevantly prior to the voucher’s issuance. Any refund shall be made following the written approval of the hotel/ lodging. EXTRAS Any additional services that might be included in the rooms reservations made by the COLLABORATOR, i.e. transports, additional meals, rooms upgrade, special dispatch services, discount offers, etc., are described and charged by means of a special cancellation policy according to the supplier’s declaration. These services are charged by FORTHCRS following an on-line procedure of their approval by the COLLABORATOR. Any additional consumption of food and drinks, etc. not included in the prices, is directly paid by customers to the hotel. Hotels may possibly request the customers’ credit cards as a payment guarantee and customers should be timely informed on this possibility by the COLLABORATOR. SPECIAL EVENTS Prices may vary during Exhibitions – Conferences – Sports Events – Holidays. CLAIMS Any problems that might arise in a customers’ reservation should be promptly notified in written to FORTHCRS and/or the person cited as responsible in the voucher. LIABILITY FORTHCRS acting as intermediary between the COLLABORATOR and the Suppliers of material displayed in the ‘ROOMVIEW™’ system, bears no liability before the Collaborator or third party for any problem arising or for any reason whatsoever beyond its reasonable control and of course for force majeure reasons (hostilities, calamities, terrorism actions, revolution, fire, flood, lighting, blast, acts of God, strikes, boycott, wart, embargo, blockade, damages, losses, delays, disorder, etc.). CONFIDENTIALITY Any information transmitted within the framework of this agreement and pertains to the Suppliers of Material, either FORTHCRS, or end customers, or any third party is considered confidential unless it has been widely known to public and the Collaborator ought to not disclose it to any third party. TERM This agreement is set in force on the Collaborator’s CODE activation date and the respective ON-LINE approval by FORTHCRS, is of indefinite term and may be terminated in written at any time by any contracting party. Upon expiry of the agreement in any manner whatsoever, the Collaborator cannot use the on-line ’ROOMVIEW™’ application of FORTHCRS or any relevant information that may be found via its website and must immediately pay any of his liabilities to FORTHCRS. LEGISLATION Athens Courts of Justice are competent for any dispute arising from this agreement. Invalid Input
