In summer 2001, FORTHCRS created, designed and operated SeaConnect, an integrated online distribution and booking system for coastal shipping companies. Currently, SeaConnect connects the booking systems of all Greek coastal shipping companies with a network of more than 1800 agencies in Greece and abroad via the OpenSeas™ integrated interface. The system distributes electronically more than 16,000,000 tickets annually, meeting a daily demand of 160,000 tickets at peak time for all Greek shipping companies. The company has also developed and operated a booking management system for ferry companies (SeaOnLine). At present, this booking system supports most of the Greek coastal shipping companies and is already used by some foreign companies as well.

In November 2003, TicketShop, a show and entertainment ticket management and distribution system, was set up and established. Today, TicketShop has been tested and used for significant ticketing projects, including theatres, athletic clubs, exhibitions and museums.

In 2004, FORTHcrs developed and tested an online hotel booking, distribution and management system. The RoomView system is in constant progress.

In 2008 the online hotel booking engine was completed and ready to meet market needs as well as to help travel agencies utilize the Internet to sell hotel rooms to ultimate consumers. With this booking engine, FORTHCRS helps its partners enter the fields of e-booking and e-commerce and hence increase their sales.
